Sustainability Report

The report presents BADER's first sustainability report for 2017, organized around Product, People, Planet, and Partnering. It reports 11,300 employees worldwide, a 40% reduction in energy-related performance at Ichenhausen from 2010 to 2017, and a group carbon footprint of 2-3 kg CO2e per m2 of leather. It also states that 27% of 2017 projects included sustainability considerations and that four of seven leather-producing sites were certified under ECO2L and LWG by the end of 2017.
