The report describes Baloise's 2016 shift toward a growth culture and a workforce-focused strategy intended to support its employer-of-choice ambition. Its environmental audit records 14,257 t of CO2 emissions, alongside electricity, heating, water and refuse metrics for the audited sites. The report also states that the Corporate Executive Committee bears ultimate responsibility for environmental matters and that groupwide employee engagement surveying began in November 2016.
