The report presents Baloise's integrated value creation model as the basis for its sustainability strategy, supported by a 2021 materiality assessment and stakeholder dialogue. It reports a reduction in absolute CO2 emissions to 12,473 tonnes in 2021, while continuing renewable-energy, responsible-investment and climate-action initiatives. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board of Directors, with implementation supported by the Corporate Executive Committee and Group sustainability network.
