Annual Report

The report describes Baloise's 2024 refocusing strategy and a new sustainability-reporting structure aligned with ESRS and TCFD. It reports a net-zero CO2 target for 2050 and a 25% reduction target for operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030. Reported 2024 Scope 3 emissions total 1,578,820 tCO 2 e, largely reflecting newly disclosed investment emissions. The Group reports 7,997 employees and three women on its nine-member Board of Directors.
