Annual ESG Report

The report describes Baltic Horizon Fund's first GRESB assessment and ESG initiatives including tenant satisfaction surveys across its properties. It reports portfolio-level 2019 energy consumption of ca. 41,576 MWh, water consumption of ca. 106,142 m3, and GHG emissions of 13,344 tonnes of CO2. It also identifies continued consumption tracking and further stakeholder engagement as priorities for 2020.
