Overview

The report describes Balwin's formalisation of a group-wide ESG policy and roadmap, alongside its first comprehensive GHG inventory. For 2022, the group reported 56 327 tCO2e of unverified total carbon emissions and expanded its sustainable-building credentials to seven Six-Star Green ratings and six Net Zero Carbon ratings. Green financing also grew, with 4 367 eco-home mortgages secured for customers.
