The report describes Banca Generali Group's strong 2015 performance, including net revenues of 791.4 million euros and net profit of 203.6 million euros. The company reports 837 employees at year-end and a workforce female share of 50.78%. Environmental disclosures include 1,786.2 tonnes of CO2e, 12,836 cubic metres of water consumption and 273 quintals of waste; the renewable-energy share of electricity was 100%. The Group had adopted a target to reduce GHG emissions by 20% by 2020 from a 31 December 2013 baseline.
