Annual Integrated Report

The report presents Banca Generali's 2020 performance through an integrated report prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards and structured around materiality, sustainability and value creation. The company expanded its sustainable investment offering, with ESG assets representing 16.1% of asset-management AUM at year-end. Human capital remained a central focus, with 962 employees and 48,805 total training hours, alongside extensive remote-working and employee safety measures during the pandemic. Environmental disclosures report lower emissions, energy, water and waste consumption, although the environmental boundary covers the Milan and Trieste headquarters rather than the full Group.
