Sustainability Report

The report is the Banca Sistema Group's first voluntary Sustainability Report and explains its materiality analysis and GRI-based reporting approach. It reports 290 employees at the end of 2022 and 44% female representation on the Board of Directors. Environmental disclosures include approximately 5,337.07 GJ of energy consumption and total GHG emissions of 396.44 tCO2, with Scope 2 calculated using the location-based methodology. ESG oversight is assigned to the Internal Control and Risk Management and Sustainability Committee of the Board.
