Social Report

The report describes the 2016 creation of the Banco BPM Group through the merger of Banco Popolare and Banca Popolare di Milano, presenting the new Group's stakeholder-focused strategy and social responsibility activities. It documents a materiality analysis used to identify relevant topics for the Group and stakeholders, alongside extensive disclosures on employees, customers, communities, and local initiatives. Environmental reporting includes 589,392 GJ of energy consumption within the organisation and 12,514 tonnes of CO 2 equivalent in total emissions. The report was prepared under the GRI G4 Comprehensive option and received limited assurance from Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.
