Sustainability Statement

The report presents Banco BPM Group's consolidated Sustainability Statement for 2025, incorporating Anima from 1 April 2025. It applies double materiality across the Group's own operations and value chain. The Group reports 131,338 MWh of total energy consumption and 78,935,793 tCO2e of market-based Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, alongside 18,965 employees and zero work-related deaths. PwC provides limited assurance over the consolidated Sustainability Statement.
