Sustainability Report

The report presents Banco de Chile's 2016 economic, social and environmental performance across its Chilean operations and brands under GRI G4. It highlights a 14,621-person total workforce, 307,685 training and development hours, and a 50.6% women share of the workforce. Environmental disclosures report 36,791,747 kWh of energy consumption and 146 tons of paper sent for recycling; community programs reached 113,997 beneficiaries and generated MCh$2,312 in social investment. The report states that it was not submitted for external assurance.
