Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report describes Bci's 2010 progress across corporate governance, ethics, quality of work life, customers, suppliers, community commitment and the environment. It highlights extensive support for team members and customers affected by the February earthquake and tsunami. The company also increased training, reporting 6,550 team members trained, and began measuring the corporate headquarters' carbon footprint under the GHG Protocol.
