Sustainability Report

The report describes Bci's 2013 sustainability performance across customer, workforce, community and environmental programs. It reports 10,518 employees, with women comprising 56.4% of the workforce, and highlights a new environmental strategy with a 10% energy-consumption reduction target by 2020. Bci also measured 114 tons CO2 equivalent from five mass events and planted 3,000 trees to compensate.
