Annual Report and Sustainability Report

The report describes Banco Pichincha's purpose-led banking model and its inclusive and sustainable management strategy during 2020. The company completed placement of its USD150 million green bond and reported financing for energy efficiency, sustainable construction, transportation, waste management, and agriculture. It also disclosed 5,113 employees, extensive pandemic health and safety actions, and environmental indicators including energy, water, waste, and Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. The sustainability report was subject to limited independent verification by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
