Annual Report

The report describes Banco Santander Chile's 2018 financial, governance, social and environmental performance in one integrated annual publication. The company reported 578 thousand training hours, 11,305 employees and a diversity focus that included three women on the Board. Its environmental disclosures include 102,888 GJ of energy consumption, 103,420 m3 of water consumption and total emissions of 18,378.5 t CO2 eq, with a 5% emissions-reduction target by 2021. The report was prepared in accordance with the Essential option of the GRI Standards and discusses sustainability governance, materiality, SDG alignment and responsible banking.
