Sustainability Report

The report describes a Group workforce of 193,863 professionals and a board with 33% women. Its 2015 environmental footprint included 422,849 tonnes of CO2 equivalent emissions and green electricity representing 40% of total electricity consumption. The company allocated €207 million to social investment, awarded 35,349 scholarships and grants, and helped 1.2 million people. It also launched a 2016-2018 environmental plan targeting 9% reductions in electricity consumption and CO2 emissions.
