Annual Report

The report describes Banco Security's creation of a Corporate Affairs Division in 2021 and its integration of ESG factors into risk, lending, investment and insurance management. It reports group greenhouse-gas emissions of 3,030 tCO2e and energy consumption of 3,248 MWh, with Scope 2 representing the largest share of the footprint. The company also reports 1,182 employees, 58,904 total training hours and 50 average training hours per employee. For the first time, the report incorporates the SASB Sustainability Accounting Standard for Commercial Banks.
