Integrated Report

The report describes the company's 2022 approval of a Sustainability Policy and its integration of ESG into management across Banco Security and its subsidiaries. It reports measurement of Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, alongside energy and water indicators and a 4.2 ktCO2e carbon footprint. The workforce disclosure covers 1,283 employees, 54.5% women and 61,995 training hours. AGF Security also adhered to the Principles for Responsible Investment and approved a responsible-investment policy.
