Overview

The report describes the adoption of a group-wide CSR policy structured around the UN Global Compact. It reports certification to ISO 9001, TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, alongside a 10% reduction in energy consumption against a 5% target. Waste recycling rose to 78%, representing 877 tonnes of 1,125 tonnes of total waste. Eleven industrial injuries were recorded, with a frequency of 4.3 against a target of 3.5.
