Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report describes Bang & Olufsen's CSR policy, structured around human rights, workers' rights, environment and anti-corruption and aligned with UN Global Compact principles. In 2012/13, the company identified 30 high-risk suppliers and carried out 10 audits, while extending anti-corruption guidance and operating an externally run whistleblower hotline. The report records five industrial injuries with absence, no operational accidents, and total organizational energy consumption of approximately 26,500 MWh. It also highlights product-life-cycle initiatives, including more than 75% recyclability of material components in products.
