Overview

The report describes mixed sustainability performance in 2020/21: Bang & Olufsen achieved eight of thirteen targets, while building emissions rose 1.4% and logistics emissions rose 8.3%. It introduced more resource-efficient packaging and a formalised circular product design programme, including modular products designed for longer lifetimes. Employee engagement increased to 75, and the company reported that women represented 33% of the Board of Directors. The company also established a Global Compliance Committee and strengthened due diligence for high-risk commercial partners.
