Overview

The report describes the BSP's 2024 progress in embedding sustainability into central banking, including publication of its second stand-alone Sustainability Report and release of the Philippine Sustainable Finance Taxonomy Guidelines. It reports that the Head Office received a four-star BERDE rating, becoming the first government building to achieve certification for operational improvements under the program. The Bank also states that it is a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and reports a workforce of 6,510 employees.
