Sustainable Development Report

The report is the company's first Sustainable Development Report, covering economic, social, and environmental performance for BEM and its subsidiaries from January 1 to December 31, 2018. It describes a materiality process that prioritizes six issues, including travel safety, work safety, business conduct, customer relations, governance, and community participation. The workforce overview reports 3,661 staff and zero staff deaths on duty, while the environmental section describes ISO-certified management systems and energy-saving initiatives.
