Overview

The report presents Bank Asia's eighth Sustainability Report for 2019, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core option. It highlights financial inclusion through 3,525 agent outlets and more than 1.19 million ABAK beneficiaries. Environmental reporting includes combined direct energy consumption of 48,476,809 Megajoules and green-finance initiatives. CSR expenditure reached Tk. 116.15 million, while employee development included 90,594 man hours of training for 4,750 participants.
