ESG Report

Overview

The report describes BOŚ's 2021 ESG performance across green finance, environmental impacts, governance and workforce matters. It reports 2,622 green transactions worth PLN 1.67 billion and 183.1 thousand tonnes per year of carbon dioxide reductions from co-financed projects. The bank also reports a 20% carbon-footprint reduction target by 2023 and a commitment to achieve full climate neutrality by 2030. Women represented 67% of total headcount and 37% of management.
