The report covers the company's 2019 corporate social responsibility performance across economic, environmental and social areas. It reports 309,384 employees and RMB737.57 billion in green credit, alongside RMB550,010 million in operating income. ESG responsibility is assigned to the Board of Directors, supported by a board-level Corporate Culture and Consumer Protection Committee.
