The report describes a year of improved financial performance, with profit before taxation rising to Rs. 12,282 million. The company expanded its sustainability efforts through renewable-energy adoption, including 16 branches fully operational on solar power at year-end, and assigned ESG oversight to its Board Risk Management Committee. A major strategic development was the transformation of conventional banking operations into a fully Shariah-compliant banking system, including the conversion of 59 branches and establishment of 55 Islamic Banking Windows.
