Annual Report

The report describes the Bank of Russia's expansion of sustainable-finance instruments, including green, social, sustainable-development, and adaptation bonds. It also covers climate-transition-risk stress testing of major exporters and financial-sector entities, alongside recommendations for ESG disclosure and climate-risk management. The Bank of Russia selected eight SDGs for integration into its operations and reported gender-related workforce and management shares. It additionally identified 348 facilities with environmental impacts and introduced social and environmental responsibility criteria into supplier contracts.
