Annual Report

The report describes the Bank of Russia's 2023 work to expand sustainable finance, with the Moscow Exchange Sustainability Sector reaching ₺435 billion after nearly 50% growth. It also records a second climate stress test assessing resilience to energy-transition and carbon-pricing changes. Operational measures included energy-efficiency projects, solar power deployment, waste sorting and recycling, electric vehicles and charging stations, while procurement agreements with social and environmental responsibility addenda accounted for 98%.
