Annual Report (56-1 One Report)

The report describes Banpu's Greener & Smarter transformation across its business groups, including expansion of renewable energy, lower-carbon gas, and energy technology. It reports the establishment of an ESG Committee composed of independent directors to support Board oversight. Environmental performance data covering GHG emissions, energy, water, and waste was verified by Lloyd's Register International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The report also records a 0.1% reduction in mining GHG emissions intensity and one contractor fatality in 2021.
