Overview

The report highlights Banyan Tree's 2012 sustainability activities across resource conservation, biodiversity and community development. Greening Communities planted 73,520 trees in 2012, bringing the cumulative total since 2007 to 220,631. The Seedlings programme supported 63 young people across 14 resorts, while resorts continued EarthCheck benchmarking and certification. It also documents education, conservation, ecological monitoring and community initiatives across the Group's locations.
