Overview

The report presents the company's sustainability response during an exceptionally difficult pandemic year. Reduced operations were accompanied by reported reductions of 39% in total energy use, 38% in greenhouse gas emissions, 34% in potable water use and 45% in waste. Social highlights included a wellbeing survey completed by 6,467 associates and 484,074 hours of training delivered. The report also describes group-wide governance, Global Compact participation and ongoing EarthCheck assurance of key environmental data.
