Overview

The report covers Baosteel's 2023 sustainability performance across its bases and specified subsidiaries, with ESG oversight led by the Board of Directors and supported by the Strategy, Risk and ESG Committee. It describes a dual-importance materiality process and sets carbon-reduction targets of 8% by 2025, 15% by 2030 and 30% by 2035 against 2020.
