Overview

The report describes Baoye's 2017 sustainability performance across its construction, property development and industrialized construction businesses. It reports 5,071 employees and introduces quantified resource and emissions data for the first time, including electricity, water and Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions. The report also highlights the Shanghai Baoye Center's LEED-certified construction and recovery of more than 75% of non-hazardous construction waste. Community contributions included poverty relief, charity donations, student sponsorship and blood donation activities.
