Annual Report

The report describes Barloworld's 2007 restructuring into a focused group of four core divisions and reports a 23% increase in revenue from continuing operations to R43 238 million. At year-end, it reported 21 960 employees across core and non-core businesses. The sustainability section reported two workplace-related fatalities and explained that prior-year emissions figures were restated for comparability. Deloitte & Touche provided limited assurance over selected indicators, including employee numbers and fatalities.
