The report presents fiscal 2019/20 as a year shaped by COVID-19, while the Group generated sales revenue of CHF 6,893.1 million and sales volume of 2,095,982 tonnes. Its Forever Chocolate program reduced the corporate CO2e footprint to 7.8 million tonnes, an 8.1% reduction, and continued reporting on measurable targets. Barry Callebaut also received an A- CDP score for the second consecutive year.
