Sustainability Report

The report covers Base Resources' FY23 sustainability performance across its Kwale Operations and Toliara Project, with discussion of biodiversity, rehabilitation, people, communities and governance. It reports 21.2 hectares of Central Dune rehabilitation and 80.6 hectares planted on the South Dune during FY23. The company also completed a decarbonisation study for Toliara to assess potential pathways toward net-zero emissions. It reports increased women's representation on the Board and in management, while the overall percentage of women employed by the Group decreased slightly.
