The report describes BLKB's mission-led sustainability strategy, a new Sustainability Advisory Committee and materiality process, and continued climate action including emissions reductions and offsets. It also details the integration of sustainability criteria into lending, investment products and customer advice. In 2020, the bank reported 848 employees, expanded sustainable products such as the Future Account, and offset around 1,105 tonnes of CO2e.
