The report describes Basic-Fit's continued European expansion to 629 clubs and 1.843 million memberships, alongside 2018 revenue of EUR 401.8 million and adjusted EBITDA of EUR 124 million. The company also conducted its first group-wide employee survey and launched the Host 2.0 project in response to employee feedback. Sustainability work focused on defining steering and output indicators, preparing KPI measurement systems, reducing environmental impacts, and strengthening integrity, diversity, human-rights, and supplier-conduct policies.
