Annual Report

The report describes Basic-Fit's 2025 expansion through acquisition of Clever Fit, taking the network to 2,151 clubs and 5.8 million memberships. It presents consolidated revenue of EUR 1,420.5 million and a sustainability statement prepared under ESRS, including double materiality and EU Taxonomy disclosures. Energy consumption was 298,309 MWh, while 2025 gross Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions were 6,851, 23,216 and 216,615 Metric tonnes CO2eq. The group reported 9,432 year-end employees; its workplace-fatality table reported zero for the Basic-Fit workforce but excluded Clever Fit.
