Annual Report

The report describes Bavarian Nordic's 2021 progress as it expanded its vaccine business, reporting revenue of 1,898 mDKK and 759 full-time employees at year-end. Its ABNCoV2 and MVA-BN RSV programs advanced toward Phase 3 while manufacturing and distribution integration continued. Sustainability governance was strengthened through Board-to-Executive Management oversight, an ESG Committee and ESG targets linked to executive incentives. Environmental and social ESG key figures were subject to limited assurance.
