Overview

The report presents Bayer's 2025 Group sales of €45,575 million and continued progress on its turnaround. It sets out a validated net-zero target for 2050 covering the entire value chain, alongside a 42% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target and a 25% Scope 3 target by 2029. Total energy consumption declined to 8,855 thousand MWh while renewable energy's share rose to 22.7%. Year-end headcount was 89,237 employees, supported by extensive sustainability governance and limited assurance over the Consolidated Sustainability Statement.
