Overview

The report records BayWa's 2022 progress on climate and workforce priorities. Group Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions fell 23% against the 2017 base year, while energy consumption declined to 649,577 megawatt-hours. The Group employed 24,287 people across 43 countries at year-end. Sustainability governance was strengthened through the establishment of Strategic and Operational Sustainability Boards.
