Sustainability Report

The report highlights BCI Minerals' transition of the Mardie Project into operation and a refreshed Sustainability Strategy informed by a double materiality assessment. FY25 safety performance included zero work-related fatalities or permanent disabilities. Female representation reached 31 per cent across the workforce, above the 29 per cent target.
