Annual Report

The report describes BCI Minerals' transition from construction toward production, marked by the formation of salt in the Mardie crystallisers and a year-end salt inventory of 49,000 tonnes. It reports completion of the company's first double materiality assessment to shape its 2025-2028 Sustainability Strategy. The workforce grew to 146 employees, with female participation at 33 per cent. Sustainability initiatives included strengthening Traditional Owner partnerships and directing project spend to Pilbara-based and Indigenous businesses.
