Sustainability Report

The report states that BDO Belgium's FY2024 carbon footprint totaled 11,269.18 tonnes CO2e, comprising Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions; it also revised its FY2023 calculations using the BDO Global methodology. BDO conducted a double materiality assessment to identify and prioritize sustainability topics. On workforce development, the report gives 93 average training hours per FTE and describes wellbeing and inclusive-diversity initiatives.
