The report describes Besi's 2012 revenue of EUR 273.7 million and total staff of 1,539, continued transfer of production to Asia with over 90% of systems produced there and 84% shipped directly from Asian operations, and a Corporate Responsibility section covering ethics, environmental management and workforce matters.
