Overview

The report sets out Besi's enhanced ESG strategy around three pillars and twelve material topics, with targets set against 2019 baselines for 2022 and 2030. In 2020, direct emissions were 8,482 tCO2e, Scope 3 emissions were 621,443 tCO2e, and total energy consumption was 13.5 GWh with a 20% renewable share. Water consumption was reported at 33 thousand m3, while total FTE headcount was 1,618. The report also states that no fatalities or serious first aid cases were reported.
