Corporate Social Responsibility

The report presents BEC's updated 2021 CSR strategy, organized around societal infrastructure, inclusion, marketplace conduct, environmental footprint, and data ethics. It reports BEC's first corporate carbon-footprint analysis across three GHG Protocol scopes, totaling 33,600 ton CO2 equivalents for 2020. It also introduces a diversity and inclusion agenda, reporting 32 percent female representation in the total workforce and 31 percent female representation in management, alongside a new data ethics policy.
